After looking at the areas in the construction department that our work would be going, as a group we decided that we needed to plan some ideas of what kind of casts we needed to do, and our idea was to do some sort of a story that follows over the room - so to help our ideas flow we sat down and just sketched out some ideas on paper.
We decided that instead of a story we would just follow how a classic frieze is done and have a lot of interacting figures that doesn't necessarily have a narrative - which is the same as the figures in the Parthenon, which all interact with each other but don't particularly have a narrative to it.

We also agreed that we would try to cast some objects or cast figures interacting with the objects so the figures don't look as stiff and don't interact with each other - so we decided to cast some poses by using a step ladder and hardhats.
Heather Cast's
This cast didn't turn out all to well since the cast started slipping off Heather and also it didn't help that it was just me casting Heather for the most of it so it wasn't up to good quality since there was so much to do.
Cameron's Cast
Poor Cameron had it the worst with this cast, he was practically stuck in this cast and it took almost all of us to get him out of it but it turned out really well.
Ladder Cast
Emma's Cast
This is probably the best cast of the day since is wasn't really that complicated compared to the others so it turned out a bit better than the others.
James' Cast

| We went back to fix Heather's cast afterwards. |
I thought the casts looked really good and even though there was some cracks in the casts in some places them but I think if we continue with these kind of casts we will have some good work to put up in the construction department.
